Terms & Conditions


We work extremely hard to get orders out within 24-48 hours of them being place. You should receive an email confirmation when your order is placed as well as tracking information once we ship it. Make sure to check your junk or spam folders as well as sometimes emails get filtered into those folders. If you do not receive an order confirmation or tracking information please email us so that we can get the information to you. 

  • Our software does not allow us to make manual adjustments to finalized purchases.  All orders will be processed and shipped as originally placed.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. To prevent any shipping delays, please double check that the address listed in your order confirmation email is correct.
  • DadBod Apparel is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit. Under all circumstances USPS is responsible for any of all mail pieces that undergo USPS delivery services. We will do our best to assist all customers regarding missing packages.
  • All claims will be thoroughly reviewed case by case; claims may take up to 3 weeks to process. Once USPS responds to your claim we will be able to take further proper actions to resolve this mishap. Until then, your kind patience is much appreciated as we work with USPS.
  • Filing a claim does not guarantee USPS will partially or fully compensate/reimburse you for your lost/stolen package, but we will do our best to assist you through the process.


  • Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address listed under customer's account. 
  • DadBod Apparel is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid address.
  • All returning packages due to insufficient address will be sent a verification email. 
  • Domestic orders/shipping
  • We work VERY hard to have orders processed with in 48 hours of being placed. However, orders (in rare circumstances) can take up to 7 business days to be processed. 
  • Shipping time is the actual time it generally takes the various shipping services to deliver the product and does not include processing time. 
  • Orders are generally received within 7 business days after date of fulfillment.
  • Expected delivery dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experienced through postal service.

    International orders/shipping

    • Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the designated country.
    • Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
    • International shipping expected delivery dates varies depending on the location.
    • Orders are generally received within 5-10 business days
    • Shipping dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experience through postal service.


      Our number one priority is making sure you feel and look amazing in your new gear. We want you to be more than satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer hassle free exchanges on all items on our site.

      • Exchanges on your item:
        If for whatever reason your item doesn’t fit or look quite right, don’t worry, we’ll take care of the exchange for you. As long as your item is unworn or washed please email us at: and we’ll provide instructions as well as a pre-paid label to send the item back to us to make the exchange for a different size or style that will work better for you.
        If you have questions regarding different style or fits, we’re here to help. Feel free to email us and we can help select an item or style that will fit or look better.
      Nursing Bras
      • As an expecting or new mom being comfortable and feeling amazing is important. We want to ensure our bras make you feel incredible. We will do everything on our end to make sure your bra fits you exactly how you’d like and expect them to fit. If the bra you ordered isn’t quite right email us at and we’ll send you a pre-paid label to exchange them for a size that fits better.
      • If for whatever reason our bra is not what you’re looking for we offer returns 30 days post purchased as long as they haven’t been worn or washed and are in the original packaging. Please email us at: and we’ll provide instructions on how to send back the bra(s) to get you a full refund.
      • All returns/exchanges must have a valid reason. (ex. Size, Defect)
      • Items purchased from DadBod Apparel may be returned for store credit. All return requests must submitted within 15 days of receiving your shipment.   Each item must have the original tags attached and be unworn as well as unwashed. DadBod Apparel will not issue any refunds on returned products.
      • Returns and exchanges on certain products must also be unopened and in its original packaging.
      • If a product in your order is out of stock, you will automatically be refunded for the purchase price of that item(taxes included).
      • All returns/exchanges must must be requested within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
      • You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges. If you request an exchange, we will waive the Standard Shipping fee on your new order. If your item is defective, we will issue you a return prepaid label and waive the fee on the return shipping for the new item.
      • Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed dependent on the volume of returns at that time.
      • Gift Cards are non-refundable.
      • Store credits are issued with a code that will be emailed to your email address associated with the order.
      • We are not able to accept returns for DadBod Apparel products not purchased directly through our website for any reason. We recommend initiating a return with the retailer you purchased them from.
      • All items purchased through our website must be returned or exchanged directly through DadBod Apparel. Outside retailers will not accept products that were not purchased at their location.

      Discount Codes

      • All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.
      • For our customer's safety, our software does not allow us to manually apply discount codes or adjust any prices to orders once they are finalized and payment has been accepted.
      • Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.

      Email/SMS Marketing:

      When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

      If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

      • All sale items are final include Black Friday and Cyber Monday purchases.
      • We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items.
      • Sale prices and discount codes are only valid during the time of the sale. Sale prices will not be applied to any orders placed before or after the time of the sale.
